Where to find the card number and PIN
Flip your Power Card over. The longer number on the left is the card number. The 4 digit number on the right is the PIN. You need both to add chips to the card with a digital load.
Why your card has to be unlinked first
A Power Card can only be connected to one Dave & Buster’s app account at a time. To load chips onto your card, it can’t be linked to any app account while the transfer happens. Remove it from your app before you order a digital load. Once the chips are on it, you can link it to your own app again.
Moving chips between Power Cards
Once chips are on a card, you can split them across your other Power Cards in the Dave & Buster’s app. The app allows up to 1,000 chips per day to be transferred from each card, so moving a large balance can take a few days.
Do Dave & Buster’s chips expire?
No. The chips we sell never expire, so you can use them whenever you’re ready.
Chips vs. tickets
Chips are what you spend to play games. Tickets are what you win and trade for prizes. Everything we sell is chips only, with no tickets or ticket credits included.
Where can I use the chips?
At Dave & Buster’s locations across the United States. Chips are for game play only. They have no cash value and aren’t a gift card.
Getting Dave & Buster’s chips for less
DB Chips sells Dave & Buster’s chips three ways: a 1,000 chip digital load to your own Power Card for $70, a physical Power Card with 3,000 chips for $200, or a 6,000 chip bundle of two cards for $380. Physical cards ship free by USPS Priority Mail, and we’re on live chat 7 days a week, 1 PM to 1 AM Eastern.
