Ordering, delivery and refunds

The short version: we deliver fast, we keep you updated, and if we can’t fill your order, you get your money back.

What we sell

DB Chips sells Dave & Buster’s game chips, either loaded digitally onto a Power Card you already own, or on a physical Power Card we mail to you. Chips are for game play only at Dave & Buster’s locations. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not a gift card, and do not include tickets or ticket credits. DB Chips is operated by Crono Sales LLC, an independent reseller, and is not affiliated with Dave & Buster’s.

Business hours

We’re open 7 days a week, 1 PM to 1 AM Eastern. Orders placed outside these hours are handled when we open.

Digital loads

  • Most digital loads are completed within 3 hours during business hours, and no later than 12 hours.
  • You must provide the correct card number and PIN, and the card must not be linked to any Dave & Buster’s app account when we perform the transfer.
  • Digital loads are sent in batches of 1,000 chips, up to 4 loads per card per order.
  • If your card is linked to another account or the details are wrong, we’ll contact you. You can send us a different, unlinked card, or we’ll cancel your order for a full refund.

Physical cards

  • Once your order is processed during business hours, we send you a photo of the back of each card so you can add it to the Dave & Buster’s app and transfer the chips.
  • The physical cards ship free by USPS Priority Mail to the address on your PayPal order. Please make sure it’s correct.
  • The Dave & Buster’s app allows up to 1,000 chips per day to be transferred from each card.
  • Once a package shows delivered by the carrier, delivery is complete. If you can’t find it, check with your household and neighbors, and contact us so we can help you look into it.

Refunds and cancellations

  • If we haven’t loaded your chips or sent your card photo yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • If we can’t complete your order for any reason, you get a full refund.
  • Once chips have been loaded onto your card, or the card photo has been sent so the chips are available to you, the sale is final, because the chips are then available for you to use.

Payments

We accept PayPal at checkout (PayPal balance or a debit or credit card) and Zelle by arrangement through live chat. We never see or store your card details. By paying, you agree to these policies. If you have a problem with an order, please reach out to us first. We resolve almost everything quickly over chat, and opening a dispute before contacting us only slows things down.

Your information

We use your name, email, shipping address and Power Card details only to fill and support your order. We don’t sell or share your information. If you ask to be emailed when an item is back in stock, we use your email only for that. We also keep simple, anonymous visit statistics to improve the site, such as the city and state a visit comes from and the type of device used. To work out an approximate location we look up the visitor’s IP address with a location service, and we never save the IP address itself. We use no tracking cookies.
